Day 99 (of 185) Questions (reflections/interviews)

Day 99 (of 185) Questions (reflections/interviews)

We’ve been doing a lot of work around Mission, Vision and Goals – institutional and professional. I recently stumbled upon a connection between why we do what we do in education and why we want to do what we do as educators.

Starting with some reflections on past/present/future:
Why did you want to be an educator?
Why are you still an educator?
What would make you not continue as an educator?

Share on:

  • Why do I/you care?
  • How do my/your passions intersect?
  • How does my/your personal sense of mission connect to the day?
  • What is it in my/your own life experience that makes you want to commit to this work?

Each question could be a blog post on its own….but for now it’s good thinking!
