While at a workshop with other members of the BC Principals & Vice Principals Association, it became very clear that good questions are just as important as good answers.
Sometimes time is needed to take a pause – step back – and think about the process we are going through.
While we were focused on talking about contracts – the common connection was around learning – and some parts around learning are universal. And today, I was reminded that sometimes the question (and the associates thinking) is far more valuable than the end result.
